Equipment Protection Policy

EPP comes with every BTI product and it's a little extra peace of mind for you


BTI's limited equipment protection policy shall be to solely repair or replace, at BTI's option, the defective BTI product or any electronic device damaged by such BTI product, under normal consumer use. Repair or replacement will be made, PROVIDED that you are the original owner of the product, who has completed the Product Registration Form within 30 days from the date of purchase, and you have contacted our RMA department. Please contact our RMA service agent at (626) 336-6878 extension 307, or via e-mail at rma@batterytech.com, to obtain an RMA number.


Be sure to have the following information available:

  • Proof of purchase (i.e. sales receipt, invoice, packing slip, credit card statement). *
  • Description of problem.
  • Product name, model number and serial number.
  • Where and when it was purchased.
  • Contact information: First and last name, phone/fax number, return ship-to address, and e-mail address.
